Information and purpose

The form asks for your name, email and a description of your publication enquiry. Its button opens a mailto: draft in your mail application. The site code does not send these entries to a Salpol server or confirm receipt. If you send the draft from your application, we receive its contents to respond and manage your enquiry. Please avoid including confidential source files in the form.

Retention and recipients

We retain received messages as needed to respond, manage any resulting engagement and meet applicable obligations. Your and our email providers process delivery and storage. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of your information where applicable by emailing [email protected].

Browser storage and deployment

The included JavaScript uses localStorage to remember for 180 days that you closed the notice. See the Cookie Policy. Hosting or intermediaries such as Cloudflare may add scripts, cookies or other processing after publication; the live site must be checked and this policy updated if that occurs.
